The same procedure every year - yes it's time for the latest
MEGA CHRISTMAS PARTY
at the Language Centre. Even better games,
presents and prizes than last year - everyone's a winner! We would like to
treat you to some English food and drink and traditional English Christmas
spirit. Fun for all the family. We would like to invite all our friends and
students past, present and future and their friends to come and help us
celebrate on: 7 December 2001 from 8pm onwards. Please contact us if you have

We are going
to YORK!!!! a great idea
A weekend of English and a day in York for LC
students
We are going overnight on the luxury cruise ferry Pride of
Rotterdam from Rotterdam to Hull including cabin accommodation. Lots to do on
the ship - eat, drink and dance the night away. - not forgetting that only
English is allowed!! We will be keeping our ears pricked!!! A day of
sightseeing in York - including guided tour by my Dad - one of the experts on
York and its history. Afternoon free for shopping, museum visits or a further
guided tour! In the evening back on the boat with more fun and games. There may
be a few last minute cancellations so any of our students or clients who are
interested please contact me for details. |

Club
What is a conker ? If you don't know - come to the English Club
and find out. We will have the full conker story and conker fights - who will
be the winner? Will it be a fourer , fiver or even a tenner??? Traditional
English activity - and speaking English at the club on 5 October 8pm to 11pm.

English Club before the summer BUT we do not close the school for
lessons. Some companies stop for a summer break and you will have heard from
your teacher exactly what plans there are foe your group. Please contact me if
